After 5 p.m. and on weekends, visit their after hours office upstairs, next door to the restaurant.

� The Clubhouse Activities Office sponsors many events and trips, which are listed in the monthly newsletter (The Connector) and published on flyers around the clubhouse and this website. �  Some events are held inside the LWVA clubhouse, while some are trips by bus.  Event information will identify whether or not there is a fee, and if registration is required.

You may VIEW ONLINE the list of scheduled events (AND see spaces remaining)    by accessing the Activities Scheduling System at : http://activenet2.active.com/leisureworldofvirginia/ (external Link) If registration and/or payment is required, you must call or visit  the activities office in the clubhouse.

TIPS for viewing EVENTS and TRIPS on the Activenet pages:
  1.  Once there, you will see several viewing options.
  2.  Choose the category you want, the location you want, or sort the list by name or start date.
  3.  Onsite activities are listed as EVENTS.  Outings are listed as TRIPS.
  4.  The number of available spaces will be displayed for each activity; 
        you cannot register online; please call or visit the activities office. 
  5.  Check with the Activities Office if you do not see an event you think should be listed
