DRIVING for Pedestrian and Vehicular Safety on the LWVA campus: SPEED LIMIT:   14 1/2 mph.  ... Got your attention?  (Officially  it is 15 M.P.H.). on ALL campus roads, including the main entry/exit, until you are outside of the double wisteria arbor at our entrance, OUTSIDE the gatehouse. STOP SIGNS:   All state laws apply to all Residents, Visitors, and Workers, to come to a full and complete stop at all stop signs, even within gated communities ...   and yield to the car at a stop sign on your right side.      >> Be sure to STOP at the stop bar on the pavement.  (Note:  Some stop bars are positioned  slightly behind a stop sign.  When in doubt, STOP again when you  reach a vantage point.with more visibility in a more forward position.)                              ONE WAY Traffic Flows:  Several traffic  islands separate flow to a single direction;   take care to stay to the right and don't forget to follow the correct flow when exiting a parking space. CROSSWALKS:  And don't forget - pedestrians are always out walking for exercise, dog-walking, or just strolling.  Some of your neighbors also may have limited mobility or low vision.

PARKING  Outdoor Spaces: Visitors:  Check the back of your parking pass for directions to each building, and designated visitor parking areas. (They are not marked on the pavement).  Please do not park next to buildings; only in designated visitor areas. Residents:  Let your visitors know to leave the parking spaces abutting the building facades free for residents who may be less mobile.   If  you park outside and are going to be away for an extended time (more than THREE days), be sure to park away from the buildings before you leave ....     Parking guidelines for all residents and visitors,                            inside garages or outside Please be aware of your surroundings when parking; try to center your vehicle so as not to encroach on the spaces on either side of you. Pull into the space fully so that your car is not extended into thru driving lanes. Stay aware of weather or mainenance notices which may require moving your vehicle for any reason.

You are required to file a [ personal property return ] with the Commissioner of the Revenue within 60 days of acquiring or bringing such property into Loudoun County or one of Loudoun's seven incorporated towns. This applies to all vehicles owned by individuals or businesses, whether titled in Virginia or out of state.
